Holy crap!
Did anyone see all of the new products Amy's is coming out with? Lots of new options for the vegan who is also gluten-free. Maybe she should re-name it the FartyGirl line? Ha!
For those of you who don't follow me on twitter, I've been sick for the last week. Everything I eat turns into a rock in my guts. So, today I'm smoothie cleansing. Hopefully by tomorrow or Monday, I will have a number of healthy and delicious smoothies to share with you.
It's the 100th post. What better way to celebrate than paying homage to my 100% successful way of curing IBS flare-ups? I'll give ya a little taste to start. Here was breakfast:
Chocolate Chia Hemp Smoothie
1 cup 365 unsweetened rice milk
1 packet of Nutiva "Amazon Acai" hemp shake mix
1 TBSP chia seeds
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
2 packets stevia
Let me just tell you - there is so much fiber is this smoothie. Chia seeds are one of the most fiber-rich seeds on the planet. The rice milk and the hemp have each 35-40% of the fiber you need for one day. Let's not forget the cocoa either. There's about 20% in the chocolate.

Congrats! And that gluten free chocolate cake looks pretty good. :) Hope your smoothies calm your stomach down. Mine's going a little crazy right now too...
