Whaaaaaaa???

Stupid BLOGGER killed my arnica post.

Here's a quick update of what's up!

I got hired to work in the apothecary at my local market!

I saw Tommy Emmanuel with one of my favorite lifelong buds.

Here and here are my two favorite songs by him.

He played neither, but whatev... still a great show!

I ate vegan sushi three times in one week - twice in one day - AND once in a car. It was on the way to Tommy Emmanuel.

I saw Bridesmaids. It was GREAT. I never buy movies, and I'm totally buying it when it comes out on DVD. I related completely - the main character even has my name. Now, I just need to work on getting pulled over by a really cute Scottish cop. Or become BFFs with Kristen Wiig, my hero.

I'm bidding on this. Any bidders better know who they are up against. I'd pay thirty bucks for it. Someday I may tell you why. Here's a hint, that you won't understand at all.

I've been eating a lot of super tasty low cal foods!

Pumpkin Breakfast Bread

Eggy veggies in a collard

In: Malbec.

Out: Cab Sav.

I love this tincture. It WORKS.

Got allergies? Drink mint tea. It saved me twice this week. As the newest apothecarian at my local market, I suggest mixing mint and eucalyptus, for the best effect!

I got free cereal in the mail! Reviews to come later this week!

Cereal is one of my favorite summer time foods.

I love it so much,

I eat it in my car.

Roll with me, Gluten Free Corn Flakes.

Check out this amazing band. I've known the singer/guitarist/songwriter since he was fourteen, and I was sixteen. I've known the drummer since I was nine. They are super cute, super talented, and super great guys. God I love living in a small town.

Check out this amazing jewelry maker. I've known her since I was nine!

New favorite ice cream.

RECAP!

Mean Boyfriend: Gone.

Heart: Still in mourning.

But: There's always a but...

Dream job: Got.

Friends: I know who the real ones are.

Sun: Out.

Life: Awesome.

Toots

Seriously - my friends are so awesome...

I will remember the last two weeks for the rest of my life!!!

I am lucky to know them - and you.

Free cereal. Lucky you!! I used to love that brand in my gluten-eating days, but had not realized they had gluten-free offerings now!

Yay on the new job. You sound like you are doing really well - I know you are still hurting but go you for being so positive. :)

Gotta check out Bridesmaids. The chocolate cake looks yummy and the ring is way past cool.

Congrats on the dream job and, yes, friends are awesome.

A simple friend memory: I was in college and one of my friends spotted me and came running across campus with the biggest smile on her face. She was happy to see me and I was equally happy to see her.

I'll have to start drinking my mint tea again, only I'll have to add the eucalyptus! Glad to hear you got rid of the mean boyfriend. I did that 18 years ago and I'm now nasties to my best friend with 3 kids. I hope you find someone who treats you the way you deserve.
