Maybe two years ago, I discovered that I am vata dosha. I took this quiz. It told me this: I'm nervous, high strung, cold-blooded, with terrible digestion problems.
Doesn't this sound like the classic IBSser?! I got the idea that if I ate, following the vata diet, I might be able to help my IBS. And you know what?
It worked pretty awesome.
Nothing's perfect, but this is definitely worth checking out. So many IBSsy bloggers argue for raw food eating or blood type eating. Not to talk bad on that - but I gotta suggest checking out your dosha.
