Pizza Pizza Kale Chips!!!!

These kale chips taste like pizza.

For real, for real.

In high school I worked at Little Caesar's pizza. Do you remember them?

Pizza continues to be my favorite food. But it doesn't work well with my tummy. Even when I do make it gluten and dairy free.

Enter kale chips.

Kale chips rarely bother my stomach. When they are made with a nut or seedy cheese topping, they fill me up to the perfect amount for breakfast or lunch. They also give me energy!

Here are some of the reasons why kale makes you feel stronger than meat!

Here's the nutritional data.

And here's a recipe for pizza kale chips!!!

Pizza Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 bunch of rinsed kale
1 cup soaked cashews or almonds
juice from 1 and 1/2 lemon
1-2 nubbins of garlic
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup tahini
1 tablespoon evoo
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
Process everything except kale in a food processor
Pour over kale in a big bowl
Massage the sauce onto the kale with fingers
Place into dehydrator at 125 degrees
Let dehydrate for 6-8 hours
OR
Place into oven at lowest setting
Let dehydrate for 3-4 hours

This recipe can be used to make a savory dressing for salads. If left massaged on the kale for a few hours, the kale will wilt and be pliable enough to eat raw as is! So this recipe works for a raw pizza flavored salad too!

Why does kale do good for IBS? I'm fucked if I know.

Toots

What did you do for the new year?

What's your favorite tummy-friendly vegetable?

Happy New Year! We partied like rock stars! As for the kale chips, I'm planning to make them for Max and I tomorrow night. I haven't done a flavored kind. I'll have to ask him if he would be up for pizza flavored...maybe that would convince Tony and Jay to eat them too!

Mention of canvas shoes, Converse shoes no I do not know, known to everybody, shall design their personality, loved by Hollywood stars. In the summer, the most flattering dress light source is a cool costume, and when coupled with a high-top canvas shoes, both casual and stylish casual.
