Over the last few years, I've experimented with cooking. My parents say I should open a restaurant. I say, Yeah, but you don't eat my food!

I cook for myself. I feel more like a mad scientist than a chef. In the kitchen, I throw ingredients into a bowl and taste them. When it's good, it's chow time.

As a kid - my favorite food was mayonnaise sandwiches. No, I'm not joking.

Take this as a warning. I like my food. You may not. Below are some of my favorite recipes. While they are not always IBS-friendly, they are generally whole-food, high fiber, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, low-animal product - oriented.
